My Event Pod Service Providers: We may utilize third party service providers to help us administer, provide and improve the Services and these providers have access to your personally identifiable information only as necessary to perform services for us (e.g., we may share your credit/debit card information with our third party transaction processors only as necessary to complete your purchase, or we may utilize third party service providers to provide you with targeted messaging and advertising and these providers have access to your information only as necessary to provide these offers).
Co-Branded Partners: Some of our Services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with a third party. If you use such co-branded Services both My Event Pod and the third party may receive information provided by you or collected in conjunction with the co-branded Services. For example, if you sign-up with My Event Pod through a promoted or co-branded website or within a third-party store directly, My Event Pod may share your information with such third-party store.

If we learn that we have collected personally identifiable information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as practicable.
