With each dish he attempted, he aimed to capture the essence of the delectable recipes he had seen celebrity chefs prepare on television.In 2015, Jeff embarked on a unique culinary mission when he accepted a job overseas, working with the military. Recognizing the unifying power of food, he volunteered his time to cook for deployed personnel during holidays, hail and farewell parties, birthdays, and special occasions. This experience, though unconventional, equipped him with the skills needed to cook for larger groups.

After more than six years abroad, Jeff returned to the United States, and in 2020, he launched 3J's Catering.
